Convert Images to 3D Models (Line-Art to Path Tutorial)

04:50
In which I describe how to convert a bitmapped image to a path that Fusion 360 can use to make 3D models. It may not be the best way, but it sure beats having to trace out the pattern! Step-by-step: - Insert image into GIMP and use the Threshold option in the color menu to get a black and white image if you don't already have one. - Export as PNG - Import that image into Inkscape and select "Path - Trace bitmap" - Delete the bitmap image from Inkscape - Save as SVG - Start sketch in Fusion - Import SVG - Done! - Have pizza Tools you will need: - Gimp image editor (VERY useful for other things) : https://www.gimp.org/downloads/ - Inkscape : https://inkscape.org/en/download/ - Fusion 360 (You probably already have it) : https://www.autodesk.com/products/fusion-360/overview?mktvar002=698238&mkwid=sfZbQCulc|pcrid|193265048606|pkw|fusion%20360|pmt|e|pdv|c|&&gclid=CPqE-9GTqtUCFc-Cswod28cB-Q Source of information: https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusion-360-design-validate/importing-svg-files-as-sketches/td-p/4534941 If you have questions or suggestions, feel free to let me know in the comments section, because I read pretty much every comment. Minecraft Timelapse: Skyblock

10:38
In this, my very first minecraft production, I show you the process of starting on skyblock, and eventually building a thriving area for you to live in. This is not a tutorial, nor a let's play. It's a new angle of Skyblock, where you can see the entire creation of skyblock in 11 minutes. I really hope you enjoy this video, as a lot of work went into making this video possible. It includes nearly everything I did in the map, (except cobblestone mining:). I hope to do more minecraft videos in the future, once I get a better microphone, but for now, enjoy. Music by: Approaching nirvana: :Lullaby of Creation :Bangers and Smashed (Extended mix) :No Strings Attached (Edit) Visit their channel for links to where you can download their awesome songs! http://www.youtube.com/user/approachingnirvana?feature=results_main (And yes, I paid for their songs through iTunes.) No mods used, and no cheats to help with the progress of the map. (This contained about 5 hours and 10 minutes of game-play, and that's not including cobblestone harvesting!) About the too many items mod... It's the CAMERA ACCOUNT that has the _too many items_ mod, NOT THE PLAYER. That mod was used to set the time to day whenever the player account slept in a bed. Because there were two clients on the server, both of them would have had to be in a bed in order for time to change to morning, and because I didn't want to reset the camera angle every single time I slept in a bed, I just used that mod to switch it to day and skip the night. Skipping the night, FYI, would be possible without mods if I was completing this map without a camera account also logged in. I didn't use the mod for ANYTHING apart from skipping the night when I slept. Because of this, the mod did not help me complete the map in ANY WAY that would be different to if I was completing the map alone. If you watched this pretty hardcore, you would have seen the menu flashes in the middle and at the end for 1 frame at a time. PLEASE IGNORE THEM. I know that they are there, and that they shouldn't be, but my movie editing software plays this at 3 fps (due the the fast speed), so these single frame problems would have been completely missed. I will remove them if I make another video, but I'll leave them there, as it takes hours for me to render and upload a video. NO comments, please.

Minecraft Timelapse: SkyBlock Redux (4K 60fps)

Watch 40 hours of Survival Minecraft gameplay in one stunning 25 minute video. (Frequently Asked Questions): -How long did this take? 40 hours of recorded footage, but there is likely 10-20 hours more in AFK farming, another 10 in editing, 8 to render, and 12 to upload. So yeah, about 85 hours total :) I only spent 3 months on this one, mainly because I actually worked at it a little bit more than the previous one, lol. -What song was that? Did you read the music list?!?!?! -Was this all in survival? Yup. -What version of Minecraft was this? 1.8. -Will you make another one? Probably not, unfortunately. By the end of this one, I was really tired of playing the map and just going through the process in general. I won’t stop YouTube all together, of course, but I likely won’t make Minecraft videos any more. It seems to just get more and more difficult. Also, I would assume that YouTube is pretty well saturated with Minecraft videos. -How did you record this? Fraps was used to record the screen, and to play, I had a LAN world started with two accounts logged in from the same computer. See the next FAQ entry for more details. -How did you produce this video? I made a behind the scenes video here ->https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TpYJT8cFUZU -How much has this been sped up? Most of the time it’s 30-60 times faster than real time, but certain section (like the cobble stone generation) were sped up 240 times. -Where did you get all the cobble stone? Right at the start you can see I place some lava and water, and where they meet, it makes cobblestone. If you mine this stone, it comes back soon after. Do that for a few dozen hours and you’ll get a few dozen stacks. -Did you do any AFK farming? Oh yeah I did. I even made a script to mine cobblestone for me. Why would I waste my life holding down a mouse button and scrolling occasionally? I have better things to do! -How did you get all of the carpet/wool/bed? String from spiders in the spider farm can be used to make wool for carpet and beds. The dye was all from plants and squids. -How did you get hoppers/shears/iron? When the player kills a zombie, there is a small chance they will drop an iron ingot, and with all of the zombies killed in the EXP farm, that happened quite frequently. That was actually the primary purpose of that farm, because EXP has no purpose on this map. -Why did you upload in 4K 60fps? Because I can. -Why was 13:03 slightly blue tinted? I accidentally recorded with flux enabled, which turns my screen orange (like this http://prnt.sc/dpq4ta ) and I had to do massive amounts of color correction. -What's up with the music skip at 13:35? While getting things synced up, I accidentally trimmed the song in the middle and separated it a bit. If it didn't take 8 hours to render and 13 hours to upload, I would have fixed this, but it's so minor that it's not worth fixing. -My question wasn’t answered D:< !!! No need to be angry, that’s what the comment section is for. If you ask a question, I’m 90% likely to answer it if it hasn’t been answered already. Thanks for reading this whole description. End Dragon Fight: Four Pillars Survival

03:11
Yeah, this isn't very interesting, but some people wanted to see it, and after quite a few months of having this sitting on my computer, I figured I should upload it. I'm really sorry about losing the final blow, I don't know exactly what happened, but I can assume that when I cleaned my computer form the 500GB of stuff left over from the previous timelapse that I accidentally deleted something. Minecraft Timelapse: Four Pillar Survival

26:05
Download the completed map here (Upper right corner for the ZIP): https://goo.gl/6Rs9Ug And the base map (unplayed) here: http://goo.gl/z2Kb8F IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS, READ THE FAQ In this, my second Minecraft timelapse, I complete the adventure map known as Four Pillar survival. A new perspective on this adventure map, this timelapse shows the entire progression of a survival map in 25 minutes. I hope you enjoy it! This is something I've been working on for a while. Since May of 2013, this project just got completed a whole year and a half later in November of 2014! This project went through 2 different computers, a crashed hard-drive, and 500GB of hard drive space. Overall, the recordings combine to make 34 hours of continuous video. Most of this video was sped up 144x regular speed. I'll be making a "behind the scenes" video soon, detailing the specifics of what I did to make this timelapse. See my first timelapse here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SFhYUlTJVQc What should I do next? FAQ: Q: What song was that? A: 0:00 The Field - Approaching Nirvana 3:38 Cherry Blossoms - Approaching Nirvana 7:30 Ascending Dreams - Approaching Nirvana 12:43 Mount Olympus - Approaching Nirvana 17:52 Mountains - Approaching Nirvana 24:13 Far - C418 Visit Approaching Nirvana! (They're pretty cool): http://approachingnirvana.com/ C418's site as well : http://c418.bandcamp.com/ Q: What did you use to make this video? A: Fraps, Sony Vegas, Cam Studio (Minecraft mod), Optifine (Minecraft mod), local Minecraft server. Q: How did you record it? A: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GwNaKF2ashI Q: What's the server ip? A: There is none, it was running it on my own computer. Q: What version of minecraft is this? A: Minecraft 1.5.1 Q: How did you record this? A: With a second account logged onto the "localHost" server I was running. Recorded with Fraps at 4fps. Details here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GwNaKF2ashI Q: How did you make those circles so nice A: An online tool called mineconics. It's very useful for builds like this. http://www.mineconics.net/ Q: Why didn't you build {Insert building / material here}? A: It probably wasn't in the game yet, such as hardened clay blocks. Q: I SAW YOU FLYING! YOU CHEATED! A: You're probably talking about when I was in the Nether. In that version, (1.5.1) when a player enters the nether, their position is offset to others in the game, making it look like they're flying. Also, at the distances I was recording from, chunk loading is weird, and some chunks won't update. This causes the the blocks I'm placing to not appear immediately after I place them. Q: YOU CHEATED, YOU USED /TIME SET DAY AND /WEATHER CLEAR! A: How else would I set the time to day whenever I slept without logging off the camera client every time I wanted to set the time to day by sleeping? Also, using time set day (for some reason) makes it rain a lot, and rain makes videos look bad. Q: YOU DIED, I SAW IT! A: Yeah, so what? I died a few times. I never said I didn't. Q: I didn't see any Villagers in this video. Why not? A: They are kind of hidden. If you look at 10:37, you can see where they are located. They are within the tops of all of the pillars, and there is also one on the bottom of the obsidian pillar. They were placed by the map creator, and they give out items that are very different to what villagers would normally give out (such as spawn eggs). Q: Where's the Ender Dragon fight? A: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mIxxrcCe1pU. There's an annotation at the end of the video as well that will link to it when it is uploaded. Q: Where did you get {Insert name of item here}? A: From either a chest, a pillar, or villager trading. The end portal came from a chest in the nether, the emeralds from trading, and the animals from trading as well. Q: Where did your animals go? A: This timelapse was filmed from a very far distance during some shots, and as such, the game un-rendered the animals after they passed the threshold of rendering. You can see this by looking at the cows during the final zoom-out thing at the end of the video. Entities un-render before terrain does, making it look like they despawned. Q: When will the next one be coming? A: I don't know. I don't even know what map I should do next. Feel free to suggest one! Q: Why didn't you answer my question? A: Because you asked it and the answer was in the FAQ, which I told you to read :P. Q: My question isn't in the FAQ, can I still ask you it? A: Sure thing! I'll be happy to answer questions that I didn't cover. I may even add them to the FAQ. Remember to share this video, or just give it a like. It really helps me out. CHDK Walk Through (Canon SX40)

07:24
This video has all the information you need to hack your Canon SX40. The process is similar for all other canon cameras, you just get different files. The link to the downloads is at the bottom of the description. The error I talked about that may happen happens very rarely, and the files for this camera don't do that in any way. It's perfectly safe, and the files can be removed from the SD card at any time. The hak only turns on if oyu do the Firm Update, so it only runs when you want it to. The camera will work the way it normally does if the hack is not turned on. This is just a firmware extension, so there's little to no risk of losing the firmware. If you have any questions, let me know. URL is http://mighty-hoernsche.de/ for the download page.

I built a drone (And the camera fell off!)

I was testing out a new battery with the drone I just built, and I figured I would attach a cheap action camera to it to record a little bit. Turns out that double-sided duct tape doesn't hold for very long! Ultra-Cheap Gaming PC: Better than you'd think ($190 total cost)

08:18
Gaming PC's are normally super expensive, but they don't have to be! In this video, I take an 8 year old computer and add a few components in order to get it to play more modern games. Of course, something like this isn't very common to find, but if you keep your eyes peeled, you may find a gem like this! It's the old optiplex 980 by Dell, and it works great! I could have made this a lot cheaper if I didn't include bluetooth, wifi, and a hard drive, but I want this computer to actually be usable, not just cheap. I probably could have built it for less than $150 if I did that, but some features are almost needed. I probably would have left some features out if I'm going to use it in the future, but it's going off to a friend, and I don't know how he'll be using it, so I added more standard features. Total parts list and cost: * Dell Optiplex 980 with 255W PSU, i7 870, 16GB 1333MHz DDR3 RAM, and case - $15 * Test GPU - $5 * Well-used GTX 750 TI - $65 * SD card reader - $10 * 1TB Hard Drive - $50 * 128GB Crucial M4 SSD from a friend - $20 * Wifi card - $17 * USB bluetooth adapter - $7 Total Cost: $189 Music Used: https://soundcloud.com/maxvic/calm-electronic-royalty-free https://soundcloud.com/maxvic/bouncing-relaxing-modern-fashion If you have questions or suggestions, feel free to let me know in the comments section, because I read pretty much every comment. Just to let you know, this is not my song. I haven't been able to find who composed this piece, but congrats to them. Original song here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P0FxZUrIB5M And yes, this was visualized on a real oscilloscope. I don't know where to download this midi anymore, the link seems to have been torn down. Here is the remix in its high-quality high-capacity form! http://www.mediafire.com/download/cbuiywxb2jxmtju/8-bit_night_of_nights.WAV P.S. sorry about the glitchiness near the end, no matter what, my MIDI file exporter just couldn't handle it.

A Brief History of 3D Printers and How They Work (3DP#01)

13:54
In which I describe how 3D printers work and where they came from. This is a re-creation (sorta) of a presentation I did for school, but I think it's applicable to this series, because it gives you all a good background for 3D printing, both historically and functionally. Canon SX50 vs. SX40

08:01
In which I discuss the similarities and differences between the SX40 (released in 2011) and the SX50 (2012) bridge cameras by Canon. Both are very capable cameras, with the same video capabilities, manual mode, and picture quality. Now for some things I missed: SX50 ($370) specs : http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/consumer/products/cameras/digital_cameras/powershot_sx50_hs#Specifications SX40 ($319)specs: http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/support/consumer/digital_cameras/other_powershot/powershot_sx40_hs#Specifications ######- SX50 HAS RAW CAPABILITIES by default. (CHDK is helpful for the SX40) -SX50 has a lot more zoom noise in video, which is strange because the lens sound is quieter than the SX40. (I forgot to edit it in.) -The flash of the SX50 doesn't automatically pop-up, but now the flash is covered on the front, which means that the flash can only be raised from the side. -Video quality of the 2 cameras seem exactly the same, as I had these two cameras, but no way of recording the 2 cameras simultaneously. (I had to film with either the SX40 or the SX50, so whenever the SX40 is on screen, the SX50 is filming, and vice versa.) Let me know what you think about this video, and also tell me about anything I missed with the SX50. (But if the things are false, I will correct! :)

Timelapse: Building a 3D Printer | Folger Tech 2020 Prusa i3 (3DP#-1)

11:38
I built a 3D printer, and recorded nearly all of the building process. There was a lot to do in building this thing, but it was well worth it! Expect more videos about 3D printing in the future (after I finish calibrating it). Total build time: Roughly 12 hours While I followed the directions to build this initially, I had to change a few things in the final design. What I built in this video isn't exactly what I ended up using. The final shot shows it with a few add-ons. Primarily the glass build plate and the LCD display. The build plate, which is covered in gold-colored kapton tape, was cut from a mirror. The LCD module was purchased and attached onto the RAMPS controller board. The timelapse was filmed on a Droid Razr smartphone from 2011 at 1 picture/second. It was then sped up more in certain places, and the final speed in the video varies between 30 and 90 times faster than real time. The final shots were done with a Nikon D3200. Downwell Final Boss Fight (Normal mode)

06:54
Just a quick video in which I defeat the final boss in Downwell for the first time. This was done in normal mode, but I plan on completing this game again in hard mode. I hop you enjoy it! Some tips for completing this game (only from experience, no research done): -The laser works really well for the final boss. -Don't lose health to preserve a combo, it's not worth it. -Stocking up on health is the best thing you can do. How to Speed up Video in Sony Vegas More than 12X (no rendering)

05:54
In this video, I show you step-by-step the process you need to go through to speed up your video clips more than 12 times in Sony Vegas. This is the only method I know about that doesn't require re-rendering of a movie clip. I hope you enjoy it. Note: There is no velocity envelope in Sony Movie Studio, and you cannot have a project inside of another project either, so you cannot speed it up more than 4 times. However, there are other programs that can do this, such as VirtualDub. Folger Tech FT-5 LARGE SCALE 3D PRINTER Timelapse and Building Tips (3DP#02)

In which I build Folger Tech's large format 3D printer! All in all, this took ~24 hours for me to build. Read more for links, song info, and other things! Overall, I really do enjoy this kit. I haven't had more than 3 prints from it yet, but I can already tell that it will be hard to beat the quality of this printer at this price point. It isn't great out of the box, but as a starting point for future modifications (which is what repraps are all about) I don't see how this printer could go wrong. CHDK part 1: Pushing your Camera to its Limits

08:40
DISCLAIMER: If you push your camera too far, there is a slight (.01%) chance that you could permanently damage your equipment. Always stay within reason. In this video, I show you how to use the CHDK firmware extension to push your camera's photo taking capabilities to it's limits. I show you how to override the photographic features of your camera, such as the shutter speed and ISO, so that you can get the perfect shot. As always, experiment with your camera. Some cameras accept a long exposures better than others, so I wouldn't recommend going straight to a 10 min. exposure. Test it out with your equipment to find out what works best for you. Some info.: -any override aperture value will work -Any shutter speed value will work (even the 1/100k) -exposures over 300 seconds may cause random white pixels to appear in your image. -For long exposures, the time it takes to take a photo is twice that of the exposure time. Ex: A 100 second exposure takes 100 seconds to take and another 100 seconds to process for a total of 200 seconds of unusable time. -Any ISO value that is less than or equal to your camera's max ISO will work. (any higher and your camera will crash, but it should re-boot without ill effects.) -ISO values less than 80-60 will be treated by your camera as ISO 80-60. (values vary with camera model). -Don't be stupid and do a 10 min. exposure at f/2.7 ISO 3200 in broad daylight. You might fry something in your camera. And as always, use common sense! Ultimate iPod nano 3G customization (Painting and laser engraving)

05:20
In this video, I show you nearly the entire process that I went though to open and re-paint my iPod nano 3rd generation. As you may be able to tell, I'm not a huge fan of Apple, but I still own one of their old iPod nanos. If you want to try this yourself, you can try, but be careful, as you may not be able to get your device back together. I hope you like it. teksyndicate.com (Awesomeness!) P.S.: I somehow managed to do all of this with my cheap laptop, 10 year old soldering iron, a $15 microphone from a surplus store, and windows movie maker. I think that this is a great example about how it's not the technical aspects of making the video, but the content and creativity of the video.

Racing Quadcopter: First Season of Flying (FPV edit)

07:53
Yes, I know I do too many flips. Favorite Section is at 7:14 In this video, you'll see a few notable pieces of footage that I've recorded with my racing quadcopter. I started flying in early july, and I flew roughly 3 packs every weekend between then and the end of August. It has been a lot of fun, with a lot less crashes that I expected, and I can't wait until I can get out to fly again! There might be a tutorial video coming out about how I built this quadcopter, but it's not set in stone and there are already great resources out there that I can't match. That video may end up being a video about unexpected problems that arose. Designing a Cheap but Powerful Portable Speaker System

11:24
I take you through the process of designing and building a high power, high quality, portable speaker system. See me test it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MG_db9TRQ7M ----LINKS TO WHERE TO BUY EVERYTHING IN THE DESCRIPTION---- | A little different that my normal types of videos, in which I show you the process I went though when designing my latest electronics project. It utilizes several different components, and it was all construed myself. The battery I used was a battery from a UPS, and it was a lead acid rated at 12V @ 7.5 amp hours. I have no idea how long it will actually last, because i've been using my speaker box at low volume for about one hour, and the voltage hasn't dropped by 0.01 volts yet! It was 12V at 7.5Ah, and it weighed about 5 pounds Why was there no Bass? - - - - - This was partially due to the speakers I chose, and also to my cabinet design, as I didn't do any calculations as to whether the cabinet would actually work; I just eye-balled it. The main reason, however, was that I accidentally wired one of the speakers backwards! This was eventually fixed, and a final test and a few revisions are described in my testing video. Couldn't you add a [Port, baffle, radiator, voodoo magic] to make it sound better? - - - - - I could, but with the enclosure size, and also because I don't know the parameters of the speakers, adding one would most likely not change much, and would just add another thing to break. I did add a port eventually, but this was just an eye-balled one again, and it doesn't add much to the sound. It's fun to mess with though! How did you charge the battery? - - - - - I connected banana plug connectors directly to the battery and then used a lead-acid battery float charger to charge it. I had other banana plug connectors that I used to attach it. Yes, there is a hazard for a dead-short here, but I had to complete this project in a timely manner, and designing a method of omitting this risk is difficult, and not entirely necessary for what I wanted this project to be. Let me know what you think about this project, as your feedback is always appreciated. Feel free to ask me questions that I didn't cover. REMIX - SMW2: Yoshi's Island Final Boss | 'Speed Metal' HD Remix

02:39
If only boss music was always this cool! This is a remix of the wonderfully composed piece that played during the final boss of the SNES game Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island. This piece was originally composed by Koji Kondo, and the MIDI file was sourced from http://www.vgmusic.com/ . I got bored one day, and decided to fool around in Mixcraft a bit. That brief period of boredom turned into a pretty nice remix. I do have some problems though. Mainly that I can't get pitch-bends right. In the MIDI file, it was fine, but the instruments in Mixcraft just weren't having any of it, and they refused to bend any more than 1/4 of a semitone. Either way, I like it. As always, experiment with your settings and see what works best for you. Everything I show you whould be nearly the same no matter what your camera model is. (so what I show you here will also apply to the SX40) Some notes: -If you want to increase the data-rate of your video, make sure your SD card is fast enough! (If it's too slow, nothing will break, but you won't be able to shoot very long) -Shooting in DNG format increases compatibility with other image editing programs. From Earth to the Edge of the Universe (4K simulation)

04:36
It is on a blue spec that we all live upon. Most of us never leave, and can only wonder at the cosmos. Distances and sizes beyond comprehension, humanity's thin veil flies through these distances. While the outreaches of space are of a size unthinkable, there are billions of stars that fill them. Our life-giver is one of those billion, and a small rock that falls around it is what we all call home. This is a representation of what it could look like to travel from the surface of the earth to the outreaches of the universe in about 4 minutes. Every star within our galaxy and every galaxy displayed are real stars and galaxies that have been cataloged. Distances are to a size that is accurate to real life. At the end of the video, the sky above earth lights up with all of the known objects above earth being displayed, primarily distant galaxies we don't normally see. This was created using Space Engine, which is a free, and continuously developed universe simulator. It's very cool, and can actually generate a universe much bigger than our own. Low Frequency Bass Test

03:26
I made a better bass testing audio track. Now, instead of just a tone-sweep, I have the actual bass section of a song. So you can now see how your sound system sounds when switching between different frequencies in rapid succession. I chose a sine-wave waveform for the song because that is the best way to test the low frequency response of a sound system. What you should hear is a smooth set of tones, and no buzzing. (unless of course youtube screws up it's encoding again.) See how low you can go! (and turning up the volume until you hear a buzzing sound doesn't count!)

Find Apps for old iOS Versions

03:42
In this video, I show you a useful property of the Google search engine. Just paste the code below into your Google search bar, and replace the number with the iOS version that you would like to find apps for. I found this helpful, and maybe you will too. Code to paste into Google: site:itunes.apple.com/us/app/ "requires ios 4.1" "XXXXXXXX" Link: https://www.google.com/search?q=site%3Aitunes.apple.com%2Fus%2Fapp%2F+%22requires+ios+4.1%22+%22XXXXXXXX%22&oq=site%3Aitunes.apple.com%2Fus%2Fapp%2F+%22requires+ios+4.1%22+%22XXXXXXXX%22&aqs=chrome.0.57j58.451j0&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8

Pitfall; The Mayan Adventure Ep. 2 "Secret Stuff!"

07:25
Pitfall: The Mayan Adventure is a 1994 video game developed and published by Activision. A sequel to Activision's classic game Pitfall! for the Atari 2600, the player controls Pitfall Harry, Jr., son of the protagonist of the original game, as he attempts to rescue his father from a Mayan jungle setting. I played this game a lot when I was 5-7 years old on my old Windows 95 Machine, and I still have a half-functioning CD Rom of this game, which I may be playing later.

In this, the first video in the series in which I complete Pitfall: the Mayan Adventure, I start out with the first two levels of this wonderful game. I played this game a lot when I was 5-7 years old on my old Windows 95 Machine, and I still have a half-functioning CD Rom of this game, which I may be playing later. CHDK Part 3: Managing your RAW Images

10:00
In this, the third video of my CHDK series, I show you how to use free programs, such as RawTherapee, to manage and export the RAW images that CHDK gives you. This program is 100% free, and you can actually do quite a lot of editing with it. WIDE ANGLE LENS DISTORTION!!!: Your camera automatically corrects for distortions, but the RAW bypasses that. You can correct for this by going into an option in RAW Therapee under the "crop/re-size" tab, and go to "lens correction profile". load up the lens correction profile from the link in the bottom of this video, and your picture should look good. (I think this profile only work if you shot at full wide-angle.) Some notes: -RAW images are much sharper than JPG images, but they have much more noise -RAW images are very large (12-25MB each), so shoot wisely! -Exporting an uncompressed TIFF from RawTherapee takes up even more space (30-35MB), so I would eperiment with other formats and compression levels until you get what you want -Burst mode with RAW shooting doesn't work very well, because it takes about 2-5 seconds for each image to be saved. -EXPERIMENT! Tibet City - Comix Zone Original Remix (Episode 2, Page 1-1)

03:29
A remastering of the original soundtrack of the classic game for the Sega Megadrive/Genesis Comix Zone. Created in Mixcraft 6.0, this is my interpretation of what the original composer Howard Drossin would have made had he not been limited by the Megadrive's sound card. I have remixed the whole soundtrack, and will be releasing songs week by week in the order that goes from best to least best. Some of the later levels have WONDERFUL music, and I want people to hear it, hence why I'm uploading them first. Please excuse any poor technique used in the game, as I didn't look up how to do ANYTHING, so I probably missed out on a lot of it. Original Composer: Howard Drossin Release Year: 1995 Download this remix: Will be available once they are all published. Test your Speakers with Low Frequency Sound

00:32
This is a tone sweep from 500 Htz to 20 Htz. Most laptop speakers can't get the 100 htz, my moderately high-quality speakers can get down to 75 Htz, and most larger headphones can go to 30. You can't hear 20 htz and under, no matter how loud. All of these tones are sine waves.
